Intentional Experience Design
With guests from all around the world, the goal for this four-day Indian wedding extravaganza was to create an atmosphere that felt like home for the couple and all of their guests. We pulled out all the stops to execute this event down to the specifics, all with a focus on the guest experience. From a 24-hour hospitality suite to live entertainment, guests were treated to a once-in-a-lifetime experience to celebrate the couple’s marriage. No idea was too grand and no detail too small for us to consider, and the resulting wedding weekend was truly spectacular.
The result was an extraordinary experience for the couple and their guests alike. When you look at photos from this wedding, it’s easy to get caught up in the beautiful décor, the lush greenery, and the whimsical details (hello, hanging cotton candy!). However, this celebration was about far more than pretty flowers and fun treats.
For this couple, it was clear that the guest experience was their big “why.” Over half of the guests traveled from across the world to attend and they wanted to express their gratitude as well as extend the warmest welcome to their guests. Thus, they wanted more than just a wedding, but a weekend experience that transported their guests away into “their home.” They wanted the cultural details, the hospitality, the comfort, and the home-cooked food — exactly what it would feel like if they could host 400 friends and family members in their own home.
It’s not every day you get to bring India to Atlanta, but for four days in May, that’s exactly what we did.
