The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund and Gary Sinise, Gala Master of Ceremonies, hosted this gala to honor the founder of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Jan C. Scruggs, and thank him for his 36 years of service and for all he has done for America’s veterans.  The night began with an open cocktail reception, followed by a lovely red, white and blue seated dinner in the gorgeous Ritz-Carlton Ballroom.
